Submitted papers will receive at least two independent peer reviews. Final decisions on acceptance or rejection of a manuscript will be made by the Symposium Co-Chairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors will be notified of the preliminary decision. Notifications will include reviewers\u2019 comments and, if accepted, detailed guidelines for the final version of the paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authors will then have to submit a revised version of the paper addressing all reviewers\u2019 comments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, authors will be notified by the Program Co-Chairs about the final decision. This final decision will be based on compliance of the revised papers with both the reviewers\u2019 comments and the formatting requirements of publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>submission, revision, acceptance, and publication<\/strong> process will follow this <strong>timeline<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>March<\/strong> <strong>19<sup>th<\/sup> 2027<\/strong> \u2013 Full papers submission deadline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May<\/strong> <strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup> 2027<\/strong> \u2013 Authors notified of preliminary paper accept\/reject decision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May<\/strong> <strong>28<sup>th<\/sup> 2027<\/strong> \u2013 Deadline for submission of the revised accepted papers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>June<\/strong> <strong>7<sup>th<\/sup> 2027<\/strong> \u2013 Authors notified of final accept\/reject paper decision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>June<\/strong> <strong>25<sup>th<\/sup> 2027<\/strong> \u2013 Final submission deadline for photo-ready paper copy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paper templates and submission instructions will be published in Q4 of 2026 following the first call for papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submission and Deadlines Six-pages papers will be asked to participants.
